1     PLACED INTO CESSATION D'ACTIVITE AS OF THE 30/09/2012          

2     PLACED INTO ADMINISTRATION AS OF THE 30/10/2012

3     LIQUIDATION AS OF THE 21/11/2012

Guillaume Pierre ex: Avel Heol now part of G R Energies    (over €x 000 + interests owed)

Loic Lamballais ex Celtic Energies ex STS Jersey               (over €8 000 + interests owed)

Alexis Jacob ex ENR25, now part of ECOLIA                  (over €x5 000 owed since 12/2009)(ENR25 liquidated so he would not have to pay for the contract)

Hervé Harel, apparently now with ECOLIA                       (over €x0 000 owed)

Jean Pierre Peron, working with ECOLIA                          (over €1 500 owed as he took me to court and lost, but never paid my costs)

Windeo...... valid order number for me to do work for them..... and they refuse to pay..... over €600 + interests owed

It would seem that ECOLIA are there to destroy my reputation with having circulated letters saying that AMI went out of business in 2011 and promptly relocated the company back to England
